Luv that it's a flat bed.
That dash is another story though.
I've never replaced an entire dash before so don't know what's involved.
If it were me, I would try to talk him down as much as possible because you "have" to replace the dash. Also you don't know what kind of wiring problems you may run in to.
But as far as the truck goes, it's pretty cool.
If the inspection proves to be good regarding rust and such.

I'm not looking to but the truck haha. Just though it was interesting. And yes who knows how that wiring is considering it's been messed around with so much.

I think it really depends if you like the mods. Building a 390 and retrofitting a 5 speed probably costs more than 5K. I don't care for having a flatbed and I don't really care for the dash. How are the floors and cab corners?

To me it looks like an F-250 "my first semi" edition.. And a poorly done one at that. I do like the idea of a custom dash though. I would have done it in brushed stainless or aluminum rather than wood though.

I have a set of those rims in 16.5's and now I know what they look like mounted. Flat bed truck cool, 390 with a 5 speed very cool, dash is major un-cool.

Those sort of mods, in my opinion, are not very marketable. It looks like a lot of work went into it to personalize so it's kinda silly to sell. That being said I am sure some schmuck will fall in love with it and pay double the asking price.
