Hello everyone. My wife accidently put gas in my 6.0 last month. I noticed the problem after about 3 miles of driving and drained the tank, flushed the lines, replace the fuel filters and flushed the fuel lines. All seemed well for about 2 days before I received error codes:

P2258
P2287
P2614
P2617


Where should I start? Should I replace the fuel filters again?
