Question of value

Hello guys,

Im considering getting rid of my two project trucks, a 1969 F100 4x4 with title and a 1971 F100 with no title. I had bought the 71 for parts for the 69 as it has an almost rust free cab and very nice sheet metal.

Question is what is this stuff worth? I want to sell everything together. Here's my craigslist add with most of the details Feeler: Project trucks, 1969 and 1971 F100

The trucks obvioulsy need restored but there is almost 2 complete trucks there, and the underhood Onan generator for the 71. I figure around 5k would be fair as theres not many 4x4's around (all local listings are for 2wd trucks) and obviously the generator and inner fender are rare. Thoughts on value?

They're taking up a lot of space, the garage has been pretty much dedicated to a all original low mileage 73 Nova I picked up and I don't think I'm ever going to get to these trucks. So before they rust away I'm hoping someone else wants them.

Personally, I don't think that they are worth that much. I don't know the market in PA, but here in AZ, you can get a very nice bump truck for 5K. I would value what you have around $3000-$3500.

But that's just me...

Thank you sir

I agree, I think the market is a little better where theres less rust, up here rust is bad.

Only rust free sheet metal I've seen comes from out of state, and this 71 is probably the least rusty PA truck of this generation I've personally seen (that hasnt been restored)

Please, keep the comments and thoughts coming

Theres enough here to put a truck on the road, just depends what you want to do, I'd say the 4x4 frame would need about $500 in bushings and miscellaneous, obviously the metal from the 71, a bed, and whichever harness you wanted (69 or 71) for your preferrence.

The 71 would probably need less but you'd have to title it as the 69 I suppose. Think I should put that in the add? Maybe my 5k is putting people off since its not running/driving but theres a lot of good stuff here, 2 trucks worth
