Since you have a rear brake hang up, and the noise was prior to the front brake change, there's a good chance there's something there. Not hard to figure that.... and hope you'll find your problem.

Hello I will help you with your question,

Brakes squeal from vibration in the range of human hearing. You move the vibration up or down in frequency ot eliminate it by changing the finish on the rotor/drum, greasing the contact points of the brake pads or shoes or adding Teflon pads or stainless shims between the contact points.
