Stalls while driving

Suggests the problem might be related to the IAC, should be wide open a cruse speed to prevent stall condition if/when driver lets off the throttle.
That alone wouldn't be enough to stall out an engine that is running healthy otherwise, drop to a slow idle speed yes but not actually stall.
An engine that runs weak one in need of a tune up low fuel pressure or suffering from some degree of blow by or all of the above then yea failed IAC, no power to it, loss of connection with the PCM, dirty/sticky valve might be the cause but only in part the problem.
More to go on some basic testing would be in order,
Run a self test see what if anything the computer has issue with ignition system test/check (date and mileage for last complete tune up?) fuel pressure checked.
Any chance it's simply in dire need of a compete tune up?
