I'm not sure what's wrong but I've done plugs fuel pump , checked injectors and still rough idle . Also not much power at acceleration .

Try cleaning your tb and clean or replace iac valve. This should help smooth your idle. Also check the timing and fuel pressure, wouldn't hurt to do a compression check either.

There are a lot of things that you haven't yet mentioned.

Wires

Rotor

Cap

Vacuum leaks, many possibilities here.

Fuel Filter

PCV Valve

How are they?

Fuel pressure is good , wires cap all good , fresh tune up. Timing is good as well as compression and injectors. I'll clean tb over weekend and check the iac. Thx.

Did you clean the iac too? I have read that most idle problems with these trucks are caused by the iac valve.
