Power Steering Pump: Metric or Standard Threads???

I am looking to replace my power steering pump and steering box in my 1990 f150. It's got the 5.8L motor.

I see listings for standard and metric threaded power steering pumps. Preferably, I'd like to buy one with a reservoir and prior to pulling my old one out.

My question is, is there any indicators, numbers, etc. that will show me whether its standard or metric thread? Or, will I have to take the unit to NAPA and see what fits?

Any help is always appreciated.
