Where do I get parts for a 54 F350????

I can find stuff all day long for F100-F250 trucks in catalogs like LMC and Mac's, but can never find stuff for an F350. Anyone know if there is some place that carries parts (suspension, drivetrain) for my F350? Looking to maybe swap in a taller gear set for the 5.14 ratio to keep the revs down on the 223 under the hood. It has a Timken rear end and I can't seem to find a gear set for it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!

I doubt if you have much luck finding a different gear set. Most folks opt to install a Dana or Sterling. Is your F350 DRW or single? Agree with FortyNiner, Chuck's is the best place for that hard to find part if it is available.

It is a cab and chassis truck, dual rear wheel. Was thinking of maybe swapping in a later model rear end, but then I run into the issue of front brakes and an 8 lug swap on the front.

On my '59 with same running gear I swapped in a sterling 10 1/4 from a '92 f350. I then converted the front hubs to 8 lug. It was pretty easy but the toledo adapters for the front are kind of spendy at around 500 bucks a set. There's also machine work needed to remove the 6 lug bell shaped flange off the hub so you can bolt the toledo adapter to the 8 lug pattern holding the brake drum on. You also need longer studs, but that's easy and readily available. With my 411 rear I drive in the fast lane on the interstate with a 220 cu in six cyl cummins turbo diesel from a UPS truck. I buy my big truck parts from Bob Selzam in Toms River NJ. My '59 is a bit new for his stock. His business is all truck, all ford and from '28 to '56. New and Used parts. Lots of NOS. He doesn't do internet, but he sends the parts out to you with a hand printed invoice in the box and you send him a check. (500.00 plus sometimes)....I have bought a lot of parts from him for over 30 years. I can post his info, but I will have to look it up.
