F-6 parts

Would like some suggestions where to start looking for F-6 chassis parts. Are there vendors who deal in nos parts or is it best to use the classifieds?

Are you looking for something specific? Or just the typical wear and maintenance items; bushings, etc?

The best two big truck sources I know of are Chuck's Trucks in CT and Job Lot in NY. Chuck Mantiglia has a distributor relationship with Job Lot so with him you get the same prices Job Lot charges plus you get Chuck's hands on knowledge of what parts are needed for specific jobs. Stu

1948/56 Ford Truck Parts Catalog available on a C/D from hipoparts.com

Once you get the part numbers, you can type them into PartsVoice.com and rearcounter.com to see if anyone has them. These sites are available and free to everyone.

But, Job Lot does not have their NOS parts listed on either of these obsolete parts search websites.
