I'm curious too, as I've had all good experiences with them. They've been very helpful any time I've talked to them.

Same here, I've never had a problem.
I'd like to hear the details.

I've always had good luck with them. What was the problem?

Bud Mud, tell us what's up and see if there is a way to fix it, before you go all hatin.

It might be a miss understanding, they are a FTE sponsor, maybe the site mods can have some pull to fix it?

So what's up? Maybe one of us have the parts? Ever think of that?

I've been buying from them for many years and spent thousands of dollars with them. My only advise is order by phone and verify parts are in stock. Doing this eliminates problems with internet orders that go straight to warehouse.

Wish I could chime in here, but I've always been afraid to order from them, so I can't comment too much yet.

One thing I do wish was that some of these stores were in Canada. I pay out my rear differential every time I order something from the states that's only the size of my fist.

My only complaint is the shipping prices. These kind of threads baffle me.

The few things I've ordered off of them, I never thought the shipping rates were that high. Unlike ebay. I bought a set of mirrors one time from a seller on ebay and the shipping cost over $70. Good thing I won them for $1 and aside form the hardware rusting the mirrors were like new. But still $70 was in my mind ridiculously high. But live and learn I guess. After all it my own fault for not checking that first.

I have bought from JBG and I live in Hawai'i. I plan to order SAS parts from

In the near future. They provided fast accurate service and I will continue to

Reccomended them to others.

Shipping cost for my order was reasonable and comparable to other

Auto parts suppliers.

Note: I also use Amazon for truck parts.

I have spent close to $5000 this year alone with them. I also don't have a warm fuzzy in my belly, I feel like shipping was a little high. Just recently I had questions about a radiator flange and its position and the guy on the phone was very short and not very informative.
