Ok this is fairly embarrassing but I am getting pissed at this thing.
My question is, is there some nifty trick to get the throttle plates back into
the throttle body? The circle things that turn with opening and closing the throttle.

I feel pretty dumb but for the life of me I cant seem to get those damn things back in there... Took em out to clean and polish the inside of the throttle body.
