Super Duty predicament

Super Duty predicament
A couple of days ago my place of employment rewarded me with a 2014 1500 Ram crew cab as a company vehicle. I am completely beside myself what to do about having two trucks. While the Ram is plain and quite ordinary compared to my F-250 it is after all free, the fuel, repairs, insurance all on the company not to mention a full size rear door which suits my family very well.
I'm sure you're all crying me a river but after 14 years and countless hours with my Super Duty I find it very difficult to just sell it, to keep it means leaving it in the driveway for days without use and watching it rot into the ground, so I guess my question is what would you guys do and what do you think it's actually worth? It's got 54,000 miles on it but I understand the mods could work for it or against it.

keep it. What if down the road you change jobs, then you're out of a vehicle. You can always drive your SD on the weekends. Plus with the money you're saving by having your employer pay for everything on the company truck you can take some of that and just go out and drive your truck for no reason other than driving it.
I have a company truck and usually only get to drive mine on the weekends and I've never even considered selling it. Having a company truck is nice, but it's still not the same as having your own.

Thanks for the opinions guys, my fear is my attachment to it runs deep and I'll leave it hanging around for a year or so until it's starting to fall apart in this northeast weather.I also have a fox body Mustang that occupies my garage and my weekends, the sale of the truck could lead to a power adder for the car, turbo, Pro Charger etc.

I guess if the offer was right on your truck you'd have to weigh those options. At least you have that option. Put a firm price on it and if you can get it then maybe it'll be worth it. Depends on what you like more. Truck or the car.
I'm debating selling mine for a more work purposed truck. Different scenario than you but it would leave me with zero payment and likely more efficiency but a higher mileaged work truck. I love the truck but maybe now isn't the time for me to own it. Also it's way to nice for the work I put it through. I don't want to destroy it.
Its a hard decision as you've likely poured your heart and soul into it. That's where I'm at too.
Good luck

Really - only you can decide what works for you - we - at least I do not know you entire situation.
How steady is employment - in today's economy one never knows 5,000 casino workers in NJ never expected to be laid off this weekend - but they are.
Any restrictions on use of employer provided truck ? Can you use it for out of town/overnight trips ? Can wife or significant other or kid drive it ?
If it is disabled - do you have to walk or are there other company vehicles available for your use ?
Just a few things to think about.

All very good points, I manage a large garage door company for which I've worked for almost 10 years. I can use the truck for trips and any personal use with my family but I can be the only operator. When it needs service I do have other vehicles at work to use being also the fleet manager.

My experiences that would lead me to keep the truck:
1. I had an employer purchase a new loaded F350 cc diesel for me with almost no restrictions on how I used it. That was sweet until one day he had no more funds to employ me and I had to give the truck up in an instant and had to go buy my own.
2. I had a sweet custom-ordered Bronco that was built tougher than most and kept it for 15 years, then sold it when I didn't use it much any more. Now every time I see one I long to have mine back.
In the end you weigh all your options, needs, and preferences and make your own decision. I think most of us here have a truck or two in our past that we wish we still had.
