A local salvage yard would be my first thought.... Then there is Car-Part.com--Used Auto Parts Market it has a variable search so you can start searching close to home, and go out as far as needed....

My only way was to ask a forum friend to grab them for me.

Do you need the fiberglass or the metal hoop for it?

The hoops are sought after. Mine are rotted out like everyone elses. That's the main drawback to the side steps

Yep. Even here where we don't salt our roads they tend to rust out. I am lucky in that mine are just fine. The last set of clean ones I found went to Puddy. There is however another truck that has them in one of the yards here locally. If I get a chance over the next couple of days I might try and see what kind of shape they are in.

Question for you guys.

Would people be interested in these metal frames if I were to fab some up?
And if so at what price point?

I have to make something for my wife to get in her 94 f150 4x4.

I have these steps on my 97 F250 psd. And mine are rusting also.

I have been considering doing this. Just have to find the time. Or get a taller wife.

Thanks,
Joe

Yep. If it weren't you forum member needing the hoops, all the sets I find would be going to ebay.
