Headlights, 1993 F-250
I posted this question on the general question page and got no response.......So I'll ask here. What is the best aftermarket headlight to replace mine on the 1993 F-250. Mine are pretty faded and getting kind of funky. I never saw what they should work like when they were new 'cause the ones were faded when I got it. I want it to look relatively stock. The Crystal brand headlight look pretty effective. Not looking for the projector light look..

they fit real good, and like red says, the low setting is twice as bright as the high setting of the old ones.

Did you guys try to polish that old crap off of your plastic lights? (Assuming they are plastic covers like mine).
I used to do this on CL to make some spare money. It's easy, takes about 40 minutes. I'm planning on doing mine, will post pics when I get it done of the before/after.
Here's the steps I take. 600-800 grit sandpaper with some soapy water to help reduce friction, then 1000 grit, 1500 grit then 2000 if you're really feeling good about life. Take some polishing compound and rub it around good, take some wax and polish them to a shine. They look like new every time.
Just trying to save some people some money.
