should be and it should have a plug that you can take out that is closest to the driver side head.

do you mean were is the plug it should be an Allen head closest to the driver side should be anyway. with out checking or the proper pressure checks I would say you have a fuel pressure problem as shown with your tests in order to say for sure its important you at least get a fuel gauge and enough hose to read while you drive. how has the engine been acting. if your oil is low its indicates a leak.

but wouldn't be motor oil in the hpop??? the trucks been acting fine just difficult to start itself but once its running it has no issues besides a lose of power like when it would be in o/d and have a load on it , it would roll coal enough where it was noticeable and now it doesn't do it, you can feel the loss of power like its starving for fuel almost

well you asked so I just let you know how to check it. their is a good chance either your supply pump/high pressure pump is bad or your fuel pressure regulator beings all that junk got drawn up through both of them. last air filter change.

been a while since I changed my air filter , but its still white as snow
