Seems crazy that someone would bring a steering pump puller and take just the pulley from a junkyard.
I guess a van has less up front to protect it in a crash.

Never figured it would be this difficult to find and pull a complete setup.

 

I can't find a complete set (pump, pulley, bracket, tensioner, etc). I don't want to drive all over and can't find one online.

So, my welder is going to make my bracket better than new! I'll have to go with a reman PS OEM pump and hope for the best! It is stock with 235 tires, 4X2, and no off-roading, so I think it will be fine. Heck, it lasted 22 years with the current pump and it is still working! The cracked bracket ruined everything!

You can dump a tube of friction modifier in the reservoir once you get the steering bled.
Some people say this will keep the pump quiet
