I apologize in advance if this is duplicate - but I searched and didn't find another thread on this topic.

I have a 1995 E350 7.5L with a broken oil dipstick. (Just bought it - came that way) I am very internet search savvy and have not been able to find a replacement for it. It seems to have been discontinued. I've tried junk parts too. No luck.

Does anyone have an idea where I can get one? or has anyone had any luck with a 'universal' that you cut to fit?

Your only source for parts such as this is from a junk yard, either a pick and pull, or a full service yard.

The era of our 'older' vans limits us to resort to the bone yards for obsolesce parts.

I've need the same part twice, for a '92 and '94 5.8, and after some online searching, ended up at the pick and pull to find the part.

 

I found a site that offers this part for sale as NOS(new old stock). I was also in need and have ordered one. Came to $24 shipped. As of this writing they had three left in stock. Like I said, our era of vans, mid 90's, the parts source is getting slimmer every year, and bone yards are getting to be the only source for some parts needed.
