2014 F150 Limited 4WD.
Any ideas what could it be?
Mike1646,
I purchased my 2013 Ford F150 Screw 4x4 in December, meaning it was delivered to the dealership in July 2013. When I test drove the truck it had 3.9 miles. Meaning, the truck sat on the lot for a while.

When I drove it on the highway it felt like driving over a wash board. So I drove it with the dealership tech and he felt the vibration as well. They checked the drive train and exchanged the tires. Solved my problem.

Hope this helps. I know the frustration you are experiencing. Hang in there and keep after the dealership to resolve the problem.

If the dealership cannot resolve the issue, contact the Ford regional service manager for further assistance.

Mike, if your tire pressure is at 44, that is the max recommended pressure under any circumstances. The door jamb sticker will show you what you should have in them. I usually run mine about 32-35 in the rear, about 36-38 in front. If I go more in rear, under the right road conditions, my bed bounces around like a pogo stick. You cannot compare to a 250 , different tires, suspension, not apples to apples. Reduce the pressure at least down into the 30's...and a little trial and error will get you there.

Crystal opened a case and the regional manager called me this morning and told me he had spoken with dealer and that it would be taken care of.
Soon after the dealer called me and told me the problem was a bad rear tire and they would order one as they didn't have it in stock.
Then this afternoon the dealer called again saying that the would not wait for a replacement tire but that they would replace all four tires and wheels with the ones from a new Limited from the inventory.
They guy even told me that they took pride in costumer service ( Customer service was nonexistent prior to talking to Crystal)
Have to pick it up tomorrow after they road test it, hopefully is all good now.

I'm glad I was able to help, MIKE1646; if I can do anything else to assist in the future, you know how to reach me.
