Yeah... It's Thankful Thursday and I'm thankful this week's almost over!
What a long week it's been. I like my job & being able to drive BIG trucks, but im not looking forward to the long hours. I guess I wouldnt mind it so much if I could driving 20-25 miles to/from work during day light hours. Night blindness sucks!! Oh well, thats a chance I take. Lol
Well, almost 5am. Time to head out for work.

Just drove a 2015 6.7 Lariat in Platinum White and man is it a nice truck. Can't afford it right now so I didn't buy it but those new trucks are so nice inside. Nothing at all wrong with my truck so it doesn't make sense to even think about something else, but man those new trucks are so nice! Have a good day everyone!

Donna where is Art Wilson hauling ore? They have been in business for years. I remember when they only had a few end dumps.

Headed to our place in the mountains tomorrow. Got to take a break out of this hot, humid weather. 116 degrees with 25% humidity. The heat doesn't bother me it is the humidity. The old timers say this is the worse summer for high humidity & no rain they can remember. By now the monsoons are pouring rain on us. But this year no rain just humid. The rain is coming up from Mexico but staying east of us more in the center of the State.

 

Yesterday morning we got a half hour of rain from 4:40 to 5:10am. Came down pretty hard for that half hour, then stopped, and left everything humid that day.
