Portland Oregon, Help! Anyone have Autoenginuity to help diagnose 6.0 injectors
I think I am having injector issues with my 2003 6.0, stock tune with stock parts 158,000 miles. engine Stumbles and shakes at low RPMs and has low power when cold. After it warms up, it still shakes and stumbles, but makes better power only under full acceleration. ICP and Pigtail are new (last 6 months) Ipr and ICP read correct at idle and under load, 640 icp- 26 ipr at idle, 3400 icp - 74ish ipr under load acceleration. when trying to accelerate it feels really sluggish and will emit blue smoke until it spools up. This has all started in the last week after a turbo replacement due to failed oil seal (seized).
I use scangauge and have great FICM main power when cold and hot always 47.5 vlts or higher. FICM logic always follows truck voltage which is 12.8 to 13.7 volts during normal operations. Yes both batteries are new, bought from interstate 4 months back.
I am unable to test fuel pressure, but OEM filters were replaced 4,000 miles ago.
I have run HSS oil cleaner with now effect, with a new oil change right after the issue has showed up.
I would love help with someone local who can help view injector health and contribution values, before I go in and have the dealer automatically say "all injectors are bad."
So anyone in the Portland can help with the Autoenginuity?
Thanks

Thanks for the reply. Yes I did the OEM blue spring upgrade. At the same time I repaced ICP and pigtail. I also forgot to mention that I get no CEL or pending codes from my scangauge. I have read elsewhere that is not definitve there is no codes just that the scangauge is not reading them. I have talked to Ed at FICM repair. When I ended up replacing a cheap ICP sensor off eBay that was causing all the symptoms of a faulty FICM. Ed was very hesitant to sell me a FICM as he suspected that my no start issue was not FICM related. He was very generous with his time and we talked for over an hour on the phone trouble shooting the ICP issue. Which it was.
With that said my inclination is a fuel related issue with regards to supply, PSI, or injection. I can't get afuel gauge yet, but would love to use one for a quick test from some one. I have heard the occasion spring fail, but I am not going to "throw" parts at it as a solution.
That was the reason for the shout out for the AE diagnostic to help me along. The AE is on my wishlist, but not affordable yet. Any thoughts?

Maybe we could get both Sean's to show up.
Yes I am up north. Tacoma so almost Seattle.
The one thing I don't have is the orifice so that I
can simulate WOT with out doing WOT to get the
pressure.
What are you doing Sunday? I al also open
all next week if you want.
Sean What's your schedule? I would love to stop and say HI.
Sean
NOTE : Just looked up your town and it's about 3 Hrs. Just a short trip.

If nothing else I will try to hit up the Sean Duo locally to run your Diagnostic tester. ampdriven2liv thanks for the advise on the Harness, I know chaffing is always an issue, but have yet found anything on the engine are near the FICM no matter how much i will everything i can,, but will keep trying. Still leaning towards a Fuel (psi) issue and or an injector(s) failing. Will keep everyone posted.
I am very impressed with the members on her who are so quick to jump in and help.
