240 to 300 Swap

I know a guy who's yanking out a good running 300 I6 (to do a CV swap) and he's offering to sell it to me for next to nothing.

I'm thinking I may take him up on the offer and swap it into my 66.

Am I correct in thinking that this is a one-to-one swap (ie...no differences related to how the mount/fit/etc?) Or, are there some differences?

If it's a one-to-one swap, I'll pull out the original 240, freshen it up, and then stick it in a corner until I'm ready to go through, freshen up and repaint the chassis.

Same motor. Different stroke. First used in the 65. Should bolt right in.
