Not an advocate of buying some off brand product, unless I've done the research but I wonder if there's any products reviews on this?

I don't see any and I don't see any comments anywhere including here, where someone has used it personally.

I only use Motorcraft filters, etc, but wonder why everyone has knock down this product and seller if there's no feedback?

I have no idea who this guy is. It did look at his "auto parts" site and he sure sells lots of stuff with a very good reputation.

I know the old saying about no free lunch and you normally get what you pay for. 150 bucks doesn't look right, that's for sure.

Just saying I'd like more info before trashing completely.

What emergency would that be? Replacing an oil cooler is not like a wheel bearing where cheap ones will get you down the road...

Hmm, Let me see.

getting tossed out of the house/off the land and having to use all you truck fund
for the First,Last and Security Deposit. Then needing the truck to do the move.

The other reason would be not having the money and needing the truck.
Yes you are playing with lit match and dynamite.

Here ya go guys ... I asked the question...

Dear bfoot58,

Info on... New EGR and Oil Cooler combo Ford 6.0L 2003 - 2007 Powerstroke Diesel F250 F350..

Are these life time warranty or 2 year unlimited like ford? I know there has been a ton of problems with aftermarket parts that have been sold here on ebay,,, if this egr or oil cooler has a failure how is my truck covered? I have seen where the green gaskets fail causing thousands of dollars in damage to the 6.0 ford diesel truck...

Thanks

- 214cosmo1

Here is the answer:

Dear 214cosmo1,

We offer a one year warranty, I haven't seen any lifetime warranties on items like there, and surely have never heard of Ford offering any warranty on parts, and I have dealt with them my entire life. These aftermarket parts are redesigned to improve on the Ford parts failure areas. I don't know where you are getting your information attacking these aftermarket parts, likely some manipulation to increase someone else sales of their own parts. As for the repairs on your own vehicle, if you are undertaking them yourself you need to accept full responsibility, I have never heard of these parts causing other failures, but many stories of improper installation. My recommendation, if you were given a written warranty by someone for lifetime or 2 years, that will cover damage to your vehicle, you should jump all over it...Likely that kind of warranty is from a shop who requires they install them and not for any owner to install themselves. Have a great day.

I love the part that states " surely have never heard of Ford offering any warranty on parts,"

Really because I get 2 year unlimited mileage at my dealer ...

HA HA HA What a Freaking MORNON!!!

Here was our message back :

Dear bfoot58,

I guess you have not been dealing with ford lately , because they offer a 2 year unlimited mileage warranty on all of the parts.. excluding the 6.0 short block (that is still a 12/12) .. I was looking for the answer and received one...

Here we are talking about your quality stuff:

I actually added to that email just before Julie sent it. But in case he checks in I wanted to have our contact info here. I have seen MANY first hand issues with aftermarket parts. I guess we all gotta eat tho,,, but we might as well try and inform as many people as we can about the risks.

That's what I thought when I saw it on EBAY Anthony, and more like it too.

It's just not worth using IMO, and it's not like that guy would stand behind it anyways.

Well what if pink dragons came from the well riding green unicorns?

Any other ridiculous arguments you would like to make?

Well what if your stuck on the moon and need to get the horse trailer
over to the next crater to catch the only ride home and all you have
is this thing that the little "green" people (PC statement) dropped off.

If I were going to buy a cooler that I knew I was going to trash
with a dirty engine do you think I would buy a good one? I think
I would pick up a used one and do the flush and then install a nice
new Ford cooler set.

So why is this stuck in your mind? it 90% joke anyway.

Good job! Of course he won't be including any of that discussion down in his listing's Q&A section...

He'd lose some sales probably, but people would love going to his listings still.
