Are yours just faded, or do you just need the parts?

Personally I would look on ebay (NOS/Good used) or Craigslist. And of course junkyards.

Unless you get very lucky on e-Bay I think you are going to have to junkyard it. I have been picking up bits and pieces over the last couple years trying to get the interior that I want for my project. I will have to resort to vinyl paint to make it all match, but crew cab interior parts are extra tough to find. Maybe try the junkyard wish list... what color are you looking for? Are your A pillars the headliner type or non-headliner? Are you looking for standard kick panels or vented? I can help you look in my local yards. For the door sills are you looking for aluminum or black plastic style? I probably have extra aluminum ones but I don't know if they are "restoration grade" LOL. That is quite a truck you have!

National parts depot (NPD) may have the A pillars depending on the type you need. Prices are still pretty ugly though. No dice on the kick panels.
