Does this intake manifold need resurfacing?

Does this intake manifold need resurfacing?

Its off a 97 ford f250 5.4L Im talking about the small holes all over the surface its doesnt seem like it would cause a leak but I'm not sure.

They are 'poor sand casting' flaws.
The gasket should seal ok unless there is a large depression near an edge.
Resurfacing won't really help as new hole likely will appear due do the poor casting.
You could coat the surface with a light coating of sealer before installation to make you feel you did something about it.

I did a light test on it, seems flat to me. Yea I agree with bluegrass I'm gonna put it on as is. Thank you for your help.
