I thought the redesign was model year 2016?

I thought the redesign was model year 2016?
Always reading here that the next redesign would be 2016, but was poking around the interwebber and found a few articles saying it was going to be 2017. I know it's all speculation, but thought it was interesting. You all have probably seen these, but here's one with spy shots. Looks more like a Ram length mega cab than a typical Ford crew cab. Well..techinically it'll likely come out in 2016. You know how Ford does it.

I see. For some reason I thought it was 2016 being released March 2015 that was the redesign. One more year of no temptation. It's a blessing for the weak self control types like me...

i just hope they don't make it fugly like the new F150...the rear door/windows are what I hate the most.. they scream "Tundra"..well actually.. the whole truck screams Tundra..Yuck!

Everyone's different. I personally LOVE the new 150 ever since I first saw it as the Atlas concept.

I can't wait for the redesigned SD because this current generation is the worst looking ford truck ever in my opinion.

Nah, I think the jelly-bean F150 is the worst looking ford truck ever.

Gerry I agree there has been a lot worse looking super duty trucks in the past, Put this one is not one of them.

I actually had the same view when they first came out but now I have grown to love the design.Better than my 02 7.3.
Everyone has diff tastes and opinions though.

There is always parts of vehicles that grow on me but this truck just hasn't. The grill, square fuel door and the fender flares are a total turn off to me. And what makes mad is I really want a newer 6.2 but can't get myself to pull the trigger. Oh well the new one will be here soon enough and we can all find something to complain about with that lol
