As for the primary idle mixture screws they're a total pain to adjust, especially in a van chassis. Whoever decided to put 3/32 Allen head idle mixture screws inside little caves underneath the fuel bowl and accelerator pump housing, behind a forest of vacuum lines, is a cruel person indeed.

After much fiddling and fussing I'm at 2 1/2 turns out on both of them
