EGR Tube/A.I.R. Tube - not really sure
I have the truck in a (trusted) shop and we are having a heck of a time finding a part. I found a thread here:
https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1...ove-setup.html
and the specific part for which we're searching is what Lariat85 calls the " 'fresh air' tube".
I have searched all my local parts stores, ebay, amazon, etc. and have used the terms "A.I.R. tube", "Choke Stove Pipe", "Choke Stove Kit", and "EGR Tube Assembly." What is the correct term for this piece & would anybody know a good supplier for these? It is the last part I need to get my truck running...
Thank you in advance.
Truck:
1984 Ford F-150 Standard Cab 4x4
4.9L Inline 6 (Not original engine, approximately 10k miles on engine)

You might try LMC Truck Ford Truck Parts and Truck Accessories from LMCTruck.com
Or, one might be able to use a piece of SS appliance gas line with a trip to ACE Hardware for adapters/fittings to make it work.
