Here! Something like this. I'm sure you could rig something like that to fit on a flatbed.

Dang! You guys are a bad influence. I still have to get the truck all together and a flatbed built.....

Nicolle, Allie , Kate, and I made it home. I just realized I didn't take any pictures...I see myself in a couple and wow...I need to start some sit-ups!!

We wanted to thank the Jones family for everything, what a great family!
And I got to drink some good old fashioned MILK straight from the farm. Kinda like the fountain of youth! Yum!

We "Jeff n Nicolles" had a great weekend!

Joe after years of reading and being told about others trips to big shows and cross country trips I decided when Doc made his offer for the first Truckstock I had to go. When I first told my wife I was going to SE Kentucky for a truck meet with a bunch of strangers and that I was going to take the F-2 she thought I was nuts. My thought was I have never done anything adventurous and I'm not getting any younger. We drove the F-2 1600+ miles round trip. The F-2 doesn't like going over 50 mph, max, so we had to stay on back roads. We got to see a lot of America that we would not have seen if we took the interstate. I figured if the old girl took a puke on the way there or back I have towing insurance and I'd have it towed to the closest storage unit, rent a car and come back with my daily driver and trailer and retrieve it. I just had to do the trip and will never regret it, it will be something I will remember for the rest of my life.

Just something to add to the pictures and videos, Rob took a picture of a piece of sales information John had for his sleeper cab semi

You and yours are welcomed. Your girls were great, at first I thought they might get bored and not enjoy the trip but they were fun to have around. I even saved the frog for them.

Sounds like a good time was had by all....I'm sorry I missed it. I can tell you guys that have been thinking of going to one of these gatherings that you will not be disappointed, that there is something about being around a bunch of folks that enjoy these old trucks as much as you do. Get off the fence and get out there, it's always a great time!
Thanks Bob and Michelle for putting on another wonderful event!

I personally wanted to thank Mrs. and Mr. Jones for the hospitality they extended this past weekend at their awesome farm in Wisconsin. It was great seeing some old FTE friends and making new ones.

Yes, I DID get to ride in the 1950 F8. I never thought such a ride would be a "bucket list" type ordeal, but after riding in the truck, it became one. For those of you who thought about coming to the event but didn't because you weren't sure about meeting a bunch of crazy people from the internet, all I can say is you missed a great get together. For those of you that couldn't attend because of health, family/work obligations, etc. you were missed and we made sure to bring up your name.

I wish the Jones family much continued success with their family, farm and trucks. Thanks again.

I add my thanks to Bob and Michelle for a wonderful weekend. They put on a first class event. It was great to reconnect with old friends, attach faces with some names, and make new friends. Loved the tour, lunch, and museum. And I appreciate the interest shown in the M-H. Maybe we can add some new guys to that side of the family. And of course, the F-8 was awesome.

I'm a little late to post my thanks. Right when I got home "puppy watch" had turned into welping way ahead of schedule. Long story short, we got home from the vet at 2:30 a.m. this morning after 14 were delivered by Cesarean. Stu

I would like to thank the Jones family for hosting the event even tho I wasn't there - It take a lot of courage to take something on like this especially when you live on a working farm
(Getting to see the video of the F8 running made my day)

I think we've found the official second FTE event photographer. Along with the great video Rob posted above he sent me some additional pictures of Dairyland Truckfest 2014.

Enjoy:

Jeff and Nichol's girls didn't believe me and wouldn't kiss the frog to reveal the prince within.

Did anyone get a picture of the group around the fire ring? I didn't think of snapping any.
