New 64 owner with questions

Hello
I just bought a 64 short bed 292 3 on the tree. I live on the Mississippi gulf coast and plan on using it as a daily driver. Does any one have a picture of the original seat for this truck and should the seat back fold forward? I'd like to order upholstery for it but i'm not sure I have the original. I can't seem to figure out how to post picture.

To determine the type of seat upholstery, post the BODY code stamped on the Warranty Plate, located on the left door face below the latch.

Original upholstery is available from smsautofabrics.com, located in Canby Oregon.

Pic from 1964/72 truck catalog. The same seat was also used 1961/63.
