HELP! cutting out under light throttle

You don't have a cuttout problem that's when the motor shuts off and you have to pull over and reastart it. You have a lean stumble which is confirmed by your FPR test, when vacuum is removed from the FPR fuel pressure is raised and the engine gets more fuel and the stumble goes away. Possible causes are a stuck open or malfunctioning EGR.. you have an EGR code so look into that. Other possible causes are cracked exhaust manifolds or a cracked or broken smog(air injection) tube or valve.
