Yep doing what I can right now to try and lose some weight. I cant work out right now because of my arm but walking is better than doing nothing lol

That it is Micah. I know I need to get my bicycles ready to go for the year. I need to get out and start riding more. Helps me tolose some weight.

Walking works. Maybe a treadmill or elliptical as well. At least until you can get your arm back in the swing of things.

I prefer cycling but that is me. BEsides I need to work on my endurance more for a bike trip I would love to do at some point.

That sucks Tim. I know at some point I want to do the trip from DC to Pittsburgh on bike.

I have yet to find a treadmill or an elliptical that has a long enough stride for me lol. Right now its any bouncing or jostling motion that kills my elbow. So pretty much just a brisk walk is about it..that and some ab exercises I cant wait to be able to play basketball again. That and swimming are the best work outs for me.
