I had an 07 2500 megacab that had the wobble. It was 100% bonestock when it started. Before it left me I had replaced just about everything I could think of to the tune of about $2700.00 and was actually getting worse as new parts were going on.

 

The solid axle coil sprung Jeeps do it as well and they share the same suspension setup as the dodge trucks. They are scary when you have the wobbles.
