POOR FUEL QUALITY NEEDS PM22 CETANE BOOSTER
I have changed from Power Service to Motorcraft PM-22 and seem to have better results using the ford products. Poor fuel quality when fueling on the road at some stops gets the help from the PM-22. I do try and use the same source for fuel local but when on the road its a crap shoot. Any others had good luck with this.??

What did you gain with the ford product the Power Services didn’t give you?
Thanks

I tried the Ford and have gone back to Power Service. To my calculator and seat of the pants o meter it's six of one and a half dozen of the other. Except to my wallet of course, the Ford brand uses more $ to the gallon.
I have used PS in past Ford PSD trucks, CAT powered motorhomes, Cummins powered Kenworth and never been displeased in any way. It's available almost everywhere so it is easy to find and purchased.

ITS PERSONAL CHOICE
P Service is easy to find and the Ford brand is not as easy to find but I have tried both and its about the same. Prices are about the same its all in whatever works I guess. Some say the Motorcraft is the best, I have used both No big difference between the two imho. The PS 911 is a great problem solver in winter hands down...

I use PM-22-A just to avoid any potential disagreements with service writers telling me I'm not using an approved additive should any (hopefully not) warranty issues arise. And for all I know, all the additives are made by the same company. Even if they aren't I'd still use PM-22-A.

I have tried the PM-22 and use the PS. Couldn't tell any difference.
I don't think I would use the 911 unless it was a live or die situation. Too much alcohol from what I've heard.
