We have one wired into an MSD box and the Holley fuel pump, the pump has to be turned on manually to operate anyways, both are mounted under the dash. Work nice

If you have a truck that originally had two fuel tanks and you are no longer using one of them then use the tank switch to turn the fuel pump on. Down is no-go. Up is on.

That's a smart idea...no one would think of that. I like it.

Only works if you have an electric fuel pump. Or, have other diabolical ideas. Like maybe a relay that shorts the coil's negative side to ground? Someone might think to power the relay with a jumper from the solenoid and then jump the solenoid to start the engine. But if you take the negative side of the coil to ground the engine won't run. And the only way to find that is with a meter and know what you are looking for. All you have to do is take the tach signal to ground and the engine shuts down immediately - I tried it recently.

That still won't stop the pos's out there from parting out a truck though.

But funny idea though.
