I am building a 92 f250 5.8 regular cab long box into a mud truck and want to swap from ifs to solid axle. I found a really good deal for a set of front and rear Dana 60 from a 2005 superduty. Just wondering if anybody out there knows if they will fit?

 

the rear will fit and should bolt right in, but I believe the 05 has coil over springs which would make it more complicated and not a direct bolt in. Width should be the same but your best bet would be a 92-97 350 for the front. that is a direct bolt in swap
