How to remove rear vent window?

My passenger side rear vent window is leaking and I was gonna redo the weather stripping but I can't figure how to release the latch from the motor. It looks like a ball and socket type connection with a little wire clip in it, but I tried pulling it out and it wouldn't come out very far, and tried pushing in in more but no luck. I don't want to break the darn thing for sure.

John, I'm not sure but be careful. A few have had the glass hit the ground ( think Russ was one of them).

IIRC it pops straight off, but I would look it up in the FSM or call Ford and ask before messing with it.

Thanks Brent, but that was like watching the Blair Witch Project, I was dizzy after 15 minutes and never saw how to take off the glass haha. I'll look for some more videos, good start! Thanks!
