Error P0683, P0603 and P0670

I have a 2002 Ford F350 with over 200,000 miles on it. I am having problems after running the truck for while to start it back again. I get the errors P0683, P0603 and P0670. Can someone help what I need to do?

Post your question in the Diesel forum.
The codes concern the Glow plug operation.
This is the gas engine forum.
