I added the AFE intake on my V-10 when it had about 1,000 miles. Now it has 130,000 and never had the MAP go off. I also added the dust sock around the element as it makes it a snap to clean. If you stick with the stock air filter, you have to be real careful oryour mileage will really go south when it gets just a little dirty.Paper filters are very ineffeciant when it comes to passing air, they filter too good.
