Funny you posted that upgrade, because yesterday after installing the tuner while doing the final transmission training run, that pipe broke loose of the rubber boot! Needless to say it was not quiet when it happened, and of course the first thing I thought was, there goes the head gasket , but I didn't see any smoke or any signs other than my boost was at 0 and my EGT's started climbing quickly. I limped home, and when I looked under the hood I was relieved to see an easy fix! I put everything back together and torqued the nut on the clamp down hard that holds the pipe in place. I took it for a test run, and all seemed fine, but I will have to say I am now hesitant to really let it loose!

you need to clean those boots really good, oil builds up and doesn't help the situation. Ultimatley the best thing you can do is the CCV reroute.

I can feel the pull of mod's like anyone else. But being on a budget I plan on getting some reliability mods done next. I think an AirDog fliter system then some ARP head studs will be my next two steps. We'll see how far down the rabbit hole I go.

So how does it run now that you have it all situated.

It is strong, and pulls hard. The trans is still learning the shift patterns, and a slight lag from the take off, but once it kicks in it runs hard. I have only really tested it for the trans learn program, but it was impressive. I am still running it with the DPF on. My Flo Pro comes in tomorrow and it is going in on Friday!

I can see at some point an intercooler, the cold air pipe going out of the Intercooler, Air Intake and ARP Head studs. One thing at a time though!

I didn't have time to get it to the shop on Friday. It is now going on on Monday! I have another post up, actually with a question I had about installing the DPF off tune before putting on the exhaust.
