How can you tell from the picture it is a dually conversion? I know ford did not have DRW pickups before superduty but couldnt someone have gotten a cab-chassis truck and put a bed on?

DRW 4wd pickups were not made from the factory, only 2wds were offered.
As for putting a pickup bed on a 4wd cab-n-chassis truck, it is not that simple.
the frame are narrower on a c-n-c truck and the wheel bases are different.
Also the rear axle width is also different. c-n-c trucks have a narrower axle by about 4"
Again, the wood grain front door panels and fabric covered rear panels with the matching rear seat fabric are another dead give away of a conversion

I know the wood grain is form a conversion. But I just got some important information for my 4x4 conversion on my Cent. So I say it is good to ask questions.
