Blue smoke heavy fuel smell
Background : it's a 1994 F150 5.8L 4x4 XLT with 230k miles
I recently towed a 26 foot boat for the first time a week ago then truck sat for 2 days were rats made a nest under the upper intake plenoms.. Chewed 2 n3 spark plug cables and 2,3,4 injector wires (the wires that go to the plug)
I replaced the wires that got Chewed and plug cables..
But now have a heavy blue smoke that smells of fuel when starting truck and runs real rought..
I've looked around the forums for for information and not sure which direction to go with,
thank you

Welcome to the board - sorry to hear about your rodent problem. Not a rare event, unfortunately.
Next thing I would try is to spray some starting fluid around the vacuum lines, etc. in the vicinity of the damage with the engine running. If you note a change in the idle, you probably found a nick/hole in one or more hoses. It's amazing what those critters think they should eat.
[EDIT: make sure you don't have any spark plug wire "leaks" remaining first ]

The injectors have battery voltage on one side, and the PCM grounds the other side to open the injector. If you had a broken wire it wouldn't inject any fuel at all rather than flooding the engine.
You will want to pull KOEO and CM codes. Instructions are at http://www.oldfuelinjection.com/p=13 and the codes are linked towards the bottom of the page. You also want to read and record the fuel pressure in the fuel rail, using a fuel pressure gauge that will read the 50 or so PSI in the rail without wrapping the pointer around the stop.
