Thumbs up Alberta Chat - Is it Spring Yet? or Summer?

Felt like we needed a new thread. This title should be good till August or September, so we don't need to worry about the month being out of date.

What's new with everyone? My company is for sale, so some time this year I'll probably need to get a new job. That's stressful, but it may turn out alright. I'm hoping to upgrade my truck as well. I had dreams of buying a 2014, but again financial reality is probably putting me into something used. If I play my cards right, it'll be a 2012 with ecoboost, but 2010 with the 5.4L is much more likely. That's fine, I really like that engine, and with the extra gears, it should handle my needs pretty well.

So folks, what say you?

Any where but here is fine with me. Still overall it's been pretty mild here. Pretty sure this will be the last of the cold here. Supposed to warm up about Feb 10.

Yeah, anyway! I don't know about everyone else but this guy is tired of winter. Then all that nice weather we had in January ... I tell ya, I'm spoiled! All this -30 and all ... oh, lovely summer, I long for thee...

Good for you! We had -35 back in December and now we've been around -20 to -30 last few days. Or is it weeks?

Ha ha let it snow! As long as it warms up! And normally if BC has rising temps, it'll be here in a few days. So now I'm waiting!
