Looking for a PCM/EEC-IV part #

Looking to see if someone can help me find a part number for a PCM/EEC-IV for the following truck: 94 Ford F150 4.9l with a manual 5sp and California Emissions. When the one I have now was replaced 3yrs ago, the guy put in Part # F3TF-12A650-NC. Which I am being told is not California Emissions, but Federal Emissions. Anyone know the right part #? Thanks

Why do you think you need another PCM?

You need to post the calibration number off the drivers door B pillar.

Mine went bad and is not the correct one. I bought the truck brand new in California, and now live in Texas. It went bad about 3yrs ago and replaced by a federalemissions one.

I will not hound you for symptoms but if you think it's bad then go ahead and go through the steps to replace your PCM with the correct one. I hope it resolves your issue.

Those are the numbers that are on the cal sticker you said to post. Hope this helps to help me find the right one.

The ENGINEERING NO. that is on the part and the number the auto parts stores or salvage yards use is F3TF 12A650-TA for the 3-51E-R10 calibration.
The Ford part number for it is F3TZ 12A650-TA.

Also the 3-51E-R10 calibration number is for a 1993 Ford Truck.

Ok, but can you tell a part number for the pcm by that? Or can do a search of the VIN.

I did, the Ford part number is F3TZ 12A650-TA.
And the ENGINEERING number that everybody else but Ford goes by is F3TF 12A650-TA.

If you are saying you want the auto parts stores part number I do not have that and you would have to get that from them. But they can look it up by the ENGINEERING number F3TF 12A650-TA.

Im not sure. Thats the last two letters after the dash mark. I'll send you pics of the PCM and the cal sticker. Then you will have a better idea as to what I'm looking at.

That calibration you gave me was wrong.
From the photo your Calibration number is 3-51-F-R10.

The ENGINEERING number that everybody else but Ford goes by is F3TF 12A650-NB for your Calibration number 3-51-F-R10.
The Ford part number for it is F3TZ 12A650-NB.

Hi,

I just wanted to thank Subford for having posted the correct EEC/PCM OEM number for the 1994 F150 XL, inline 6 cylinders, 5 speeds, 300 cu. in., GAS, Federal emissions, manual transmission, with calibration code 3-51F-R10, which is what I have under the hood.

I had been looking for the number like crazy, until rla2005 quoted the PCM number posted by Subford and included the link for this thread.

What a great site this is!

Thank you!
