Obsolesence
Since I obviously don't have enough to worry about:
As our trucks age, it is reasonable to assume that, at some point, replacement Ford parts will no longer be available. Some interior pieces for my 2005 are already out of production.
Is there a list of items that we should stockpile, i.e., the FICM harness, that we know we will need if we keep our trucks?
Thoughts?

Man I tried to get my hands on a Used HPOP but NOPE I called 20 yards and only came up with 1 6.0L engine and said he wouldn't part the pump from the engine
Wire harness stuff will always be around
a lot of plugs n stuff go to 6.4L as well as 6.0L and honestly probably more
But some things are hard to find im sure

Interior parts are harder to find. But you can count on have access to motor and drivetrain stuff for a long time. The 6.0 was in production from 03-08 and there are millions of them on the road. All the 7.3 stuff is still available to this day. I wouldnt worry about it to much.
