Positive traction 1966 F250 4x4

I'm working on my 1966 F250 4x4 and looking to put positive traction in front and rear axles but unsure how to proceed. I'm going to swap out the 4.56 gears for 3.54's and would like to add positive traction in the process. I know carriers will have to be swapped to allow the higher gears but what else needs to be purchased to add positive traction front and rear? Any help / advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

Probably best to get some axle rebuild kits while you have them torn apart. Bearings/seals you will need a 3:55 ring pinion gear setup and install kit along with the lockers of your choice.
