VC-9 Flush and higher oil temps.

I did my flush over a two week period and just refilled with EC1 last week. My oil temps before were looking good at 5-8* over coolant. Today 75* ambient temp, on the way home on I295 at 70 mph. I see that my Coolant temp is 188.3, trans temp is 188.9 and oil temp is up to 201.2. Could I have help clog my oil cooler with the flush?
Coolant level good at low level. Oil level is good at low level. No mods other than the exhaust still cut at the down pipe. But I hope to get that new 4" on tomorrow. CCV mod and coolant filter.

Trans temp of 188!?
I can barely get to 160*, you towing something?

Maybe you have air pocket in coolant still? Try venting it slowly when hot..

Humm
Trans temp has been high every sense I hooked up the BT and Torque app. I have not changed the exterior filter yet for the trans. I will order a filter right away.
No all empty so far. I will be pulling my TT 26' to Dayton for the Rolex in a couple of weeks, so I need to get this done.

Double check your sensors, i know the sg2 i input the pids, and they are right. But the trans being so close to coolant seems wrong, maybe the eot is off too?

Watch them all at cold start, they should rise at different rates.
Coolant rises fastest.
Oil rises 2nd,
Trans the slowest

I have two different "Transmission Temperature" gauges loaded on my Android phone using the Torque application. Like Misky6.0 stated check the sensors on the phone, it appears that one of these transmission temperature pid's mimics the coolant temperature. From my experience if you follow this pid along with the coolant temperature pid it repeats the same value but lags by four or five seconds. Try finding another transmission temperature pid on Torque as it connects to a different sensor that measures a temperature value lower than the coolant temperature.

OK, I got the right one on my phone now. Thanks.
Trans temp 143 today. Coolant 188.5 and Oil temp was 201 again.
Am I just worrying too much or is this enough to go ahead and get parts in order?

I am getting ready to do a coolant flush on my 6.0. The coolant temperature measures consistently at 179-180 when driving on the interstate at 70mph. I purchased a new Ford OEM thermostat that I will install when doing the coolant flush.

Looking on Fordparts.com, it has two oil cooler options. I should need only the kit right? It is about $80 less at $439 over the complete oil cooler with case.
Also, is there anywhere else to get an OEM oil cooler cheaper?

From Fordparts.com search for Auto Nation Ford White Bear Lake, Mn. 55110 You'll need to register to use them as your preferred dealer and get the cheap shipping.

And yes, you just need the cooler, not the complete case.
