Relocating the Rail Filter

Has anyone relocated the rail fuel filter on one of the 6.4's?
I have been changing mine every 10,000 miles and it is a pain -
I'm thinking there's someone out there smarter than me who has a brilliant Idea on how to make our life easier - anyone?
And here's my second fantasy -
can we re-route the fuel line and the rail filter to utilize the heat from the exhaust to warm up that fuel running through there?
America needs a better mouse trap.
