Quality control in companies has gone to **** because there's too many damn lazy people working and they take no pride in their work.

BTW I only use Bosch stuff when it comes to engine electronics. I put a Bosch TFI and coil on my Bronco and I haven't had a single problem with them. The "house" brands are typically bad in my experience.

I will defiantly start using Bosch, double the price, hopefully I will not have to install it three times, install one time be done with it

You need to get another person to help you. They need to crank the engine while you check for spark. If you have spark, your replacement EEC is likely bad.

Don't Ford still have American or Mexican ICM's for that year?
Heck a used Ford one from a salvage yard should be better than
new after market.

I just started it again, trying to get the KOER code failed engine stopped before getting codes.

KOEO codes 49 and 51

I don't get code 49 1<en dash>2 shift error (E40D) I have a manual tranny and its a F250 pick up not a Van

Sorry bud I am way old school. I don't know squat about codes.
I know spark, fuel and compression and know ya have got to have
all three in the proper order for an engine to run. One or more of
the three aint right. Check each one and eliminate it or fix it.
This is all I know and it works for me. There are some great code
reader gurus on here but that aint me.
Heck I am told some gas engines today don't even have conventional
spark plugs in them. And everything is run by computer. That's all
well and good I guess. But it still needs Spark, Fuel and compression
and the proper amount in the proper order or yer gonna have what
you have.

So back to square one. Check for spark. I am thinking when it don't run ya have none.
Now I have kinda got lost on here but I think ya have replaced about everything
having to do with Ignition at least once and some twice or more. I think ya have got to
get OEM Ford parts and stop messin with China crap that don't work off the self.
Sounds like the control mod has failed again to me. I would replace it with a Ford
Motorcraft one as well as the pick up coil in the dizzy if ya don't have spark when
it don't start. Spark, Fuel and Compression with the right amount of all and it will run.
It has to. One of theses is lacking. As simple as that. Find the one and fix it with
the best quality part available that ain't made off shore.
