At one time Warn and probably Ramsey offered bumpers for these trucks, and i think Smittybuilt offered the tube bumpers for them too.......Remember, we are talking 35-40 year old trucks here, i doubt if anyone makes anything that would be "In Stock", your probably going to either need to browse all the nearby CL's, and/or look at junkyards.
Otherwise, get it custom made, modify an existing bumper from another application, or build it yourself........What are looking for, a winch bumper for a 4wd, or just something to dress up the truck. In the case of the discontinued Warn winch bumpers, a number of years back when they still cataloged some bumpers for 70's and 80's trucks, i recall 1 part number bumper fit a bunch of 70's and even mid 80's trucks, Ford, GM, and Dodge, you just needed different mounting bracket kits, depending on which truck you put it on.

I've been looking for a warn one for years as well. They always come up tweaked or way crazy on the price. I'll probably build my own, or weld up a new crossmember with a reciever in it.

So you can throw a winch on there or it can be a very secure anchor point with a strap and pin.

So they can throw a winch in there when they need it. It also can be used as a very secure anchor point with a pin and strap.

Bingo! That way you can swap the winch from front to rear easily as well. You don't always end up facing your way out of being stuck.
