Hey guys. Iv got a project truck that Im just not gonna finish. Its a 1987 Chevrolet C30 (title says R30; same thing). Started life as a 6.2L diesel, 4 speed manual, Dana 70HD dually rear end (3rd strongest axle out there). The engine is junk and not included. 4 speed manual and rear end still in truck and included. I was going to drop a built 454 in it but Iv got a few other projects thatll come first. Exterior looks pretty good, has a few scrapes. One of the fiberglass dually fenders is cracked and has a hole in the bed from a gooseneck. The previous owner musta forgot to drop the tailgate after unhooking from a gooseneck... the tailgate is pretty well trash but does open and close. Interior is pretty rough also. Would make a great project truck!

I also have a 454 block sitting in the garage for a bit extra. Its machine shop fresh, and bored .060 over.

If your in the diesel craze, a 6.5L turbo diesel will bolt right in. Then youll have excellent fuel mileage and GOBS of power!

If your looking for a tow vehicle, look no further. This thing will handle it. It rides like crap and for good reason. I counted the leaves on the rear axle one time and I believe it was either 10 or 12... per side. Itll handle any load you throw at it! Couple that with the super heavy duty manual trans and 3rd strongest rear axle out there, you've got no worries
